Hourly employees have the option to utilize a sick day or receive no pay for the day. You must complete and submit an absence request form upon your return if you are utilizing a sick day. All Site Administrators and Assistant site Administrators will be on call and may be asked to report. ACETI contracted employees would not report with the exception of maintenance and custodial staff.
Employee Report Time School Hours
Lower Campus 10:25 a.m. Lower Campus 10:55 a.m. to 3:55 p.m.
Clarke Campus 9:05 a.m. Clarke Campus 9:35 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Jr. High Campus 9:00 a.m. Jr. High Campus 9:30 a.m. to 2:40 p.m.
Upper Campus 9:00 a.m. Upper Campus 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Note: Hourly employees will be compensated for the full day.
The COO and/or designee will communicate the final determination to local media outlets, post on ACECC website homepage, Jupiter Grades, and activate the ACECC Staff and Parent Notification System.

The Dean will contact the Site administrators and LINC Supervisor. The COO will employ the Staff and Parent notification systems.

- Late Start
The Dean will contact the Site administrators and LINC Supervisor. All Lower, Clarke, Jr. High, and Upper staff will report 30 minutes before the scholars. All other staff is expected to report by no later than 10:00 a.m.
