Campus Standards

In keeping with the High Expectations of the ACE Collegium Campus all SCHOLARS are expected to conform to a high standard of both Academic and Social Behavior. Since the ACECC is a Contract School, students must maintain these standards.

Social Standard of School Conduct

ACECC scholars PreK-5th grade cannot receive more than forty demerits and, for scholars 6th - 12^th grade no more than twenty demerits within an academic year that involves any school conference cards or violations of ACECC’s code of conduct. If the standard is not met, a mandatory parent conference will be required. Additionally, the scholar will be placed on an academic probation for one year to monitor and assure that the standard is maintained. If the Scholar does not show any improvement, or receives more than forty demerits, he/she will have to appear before a demission council, with the possibility of separation/dismissal from the Campus. If a scholar is demitted, he/she will be ineligible to attend ACECC for one academic year.

Girl/Young Lady Accessories: hair/earring accessories may be red, black, yellow, green, white, navy, burgundy, or brown. Gold, silver and/or diamond earrings may also be worn. Earrings may be no larger than 1 inch in length.
Watches: all scholars may wear a watch.
Heat Release Uniform: April 1^st - October 1^st

THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS WILL BE ADHERED TO REGARDING UNIFORMS:

No sagging or exposed undergarments
No splits that may expose the thigh or shorts that are more than 1” inch above the knee may be worn
No jean, shear, transparent and/or see through clothing of any kind may be worn
No cargo pants or shorts
No writing, prints, designs, or any additional colors may be worn on any part of the uniform.
No leggings or capri pants may be worn.
No flip-flops, sandals, strapless or house shoes may be worn.
No bracelets, necklaces, rings or large belt buckles may be worn with uniform.
No tight pants, shorts or skirts (If panty line is visible, it is too tight).
No pinned on, stapled on or taped on patches are allowed

VIOLATIONS OF UNIFORM POLICY MAY RESULT IN THE FOLLOWING ACTION(s):

First Time Offense: Warning letter sent to parent/guardian from Site Administrator or designee.
Second Time Offense: Parent contacted by site administrator or designee, letter sent to parent/guardian from Dean and/or Director, scholar will receive demerits.
Third Offense: Letter from ACETI board legal department; scholar may be placed on probation and/or referred to dismissal committee for further actions.
